The appointment form collects your name, email, optional phone number, service, and the details you choose to provide. It sends these to Kendy through Resend for handling your inquiry. Your acknowledgment permits contact about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Submission does not confirm an appointment.

Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification images, medical details, or complete sensitive documents through an appointment inquiry. Ask Kendy how to provide any documents required for your service.

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for hosting and security. Website analytics are currently disabled. Telephone and email services have their own privacy practices.

Appointment correspondence is separate from any notarial journal and records required by law. Contact Kendy about access to or deletion of your inquiry information; legally required records may need to be retained.
